Acre's Autumn Crusade, September 21-23
Site fee (adult): $20
Site fee (under 12 years): $10
All entrants must pay site fee. Includes dayboard on Saturday.
Camping fee: $15 per person
Includes Friday and Saturday nights, with breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings included.
Saturday evening feast: $10 per adult, $5 per child
Limited cabin space may be available. Contact the autocrat to inquire.
Two marketplace areas will be available.
For those wishing to sell from their own 10x10' pop-up tent, or equivalent size pavilion, a vendor fee of $50 will be charged. Larger spaces are available, at an upcharge. The $50 fee includes the 10x10' vending space AND camping space. The Saturday evening feast is not included.
A "per table" marketplace space will be available under a covered picnic area. Vendors must provide tables, chairs and set up. A $10 vendor fee will be charged for a single table space (6-8 foot.)
All vendor fees are in addition to site and feast fees.
